The two kits (whom we've named Xerxes and Jasmine) are doing just
fine! They're terribly rambunctious and love to wrestle with the cat,
to be expected, but are also very sweet and aren't bitey at all. Xerxes
looks like he's going to be an enormous ferret when he grows up and
Jasmine has a very unusual short-haired coat that just makes her all
the more adorable. I've attached some pictures I took this morning.
Xerxes looks funny because he just woke up. You know how hard it is
to get awake kits to sit still for pictures!

I named her "Carly" and she answeres to it already. She is getting really
comfortable and brave this weekend. The first 2 days, she kind of kept close
to her cage even though it was open. Now she is exploring the whole house and
she was hanging out in the bathroom this morning with me, trying to eat toes.
She is playing with the others now, her personality is starting to come out now
that she's comfortable. She is truly adorable. She loves to eat!! She loves her
dry food and her deli turkey of course. She started to drink out of the big
water bowl too after she saw the others doing it. It's so funny to watch her
copy everything her brothers and sister do, she can't quite climb into the dresser
drawers yet so the others sleep in there to be alone and she looks for them!
Again, thank you so much for picking Carly out for me. I have 4 of the best
ferrets in the whole world. I'll keep you posted.

I just wanted to say Hi and let you know that all the ferrets are doing just wonderful together. Elizabeth weighs 1 lb 6 oz already, I can't believe how fast they grow at this age. It was so nice to have her as a baby and watch her grow and learn new things. She is so intelligent and she copies everything the boys do. You were right about Angoras being great jumpers, she loves to jump - launches straight up in the air. Rodolfo and Baby Zoom just love Elizabeth, they are all inseperable.
I love your new website by the way, the pictures are really nice. The picture of the baby angora on your home page in the little heart shape looks so much like my Elizabeth, I was wondering if it was her when she was really tiny. The eyes especially look just like her.

I was sitting here tonite playing with some of the photos I've taken
of the babies. And thought I'd pass along three of my favorites.
They are doing GREAT and are growing like little weeds... They are
exactly as I wanted them to be. Very loving and a balls of energy.
Thank you very much.

Would you believe that both of our babies are completely
litter pan trained! I can't believe how smart and how fearless
they are. They saw the vacuum for the first time today. I
thought that they would be scared to death but they just went
right after it as if it were on of their toys! They are still
very much attached to their binkies. They take them to bed
every night and sometimes fall asleep with it in their mouths.
Little Lacy {she is still so tiny} talks and fights in her sleep.
At first we thought it was Boomer trying to take her binkie but
when we look it was her talking in her sleep. It's so cute!
When Boomer falls asleep {which is not often} he is out like
a light. We can pick him up and put him in his bed and he never
knows it. I got them each their own bed since they are no longer
in a cage. Have you seen the ferret beds that are made just like
a dog's bed only tiny? They love them. They are so fast that I
had to get them each a ferret collar with a tiny bell so we know
where they are at all times. I was afraid they were going to get
stepped on. They don't seem to mind them at all. Boomer still has
a great fondness for big toes but we're working on it. Lacy is
turning out to be a real sweetie and loves kisses. I'm taking
them to the vet in a couple of weeks for their first check up
and shots. I dread that because I know it will hurt. They sure
keep us busy but we love it! I'm getting some pictures developed
and will send you some. Take care and thanks again!

I just wanted to give you an update on Dolce! I hope you remember her!
Well, she is doing wonderful! She is soooo social
and loves to be around people. Her coat is really beautiful, really full and
soft. I have had people tell me that she is their favorite out of all the
ones I have owned. She really has such personality! I just love her! I just
wanted to let you know that she is doing great! I hope all is well up there
in NC and that you have great upcoming holidays!!

Here's a picture of our two carolina ferrets, Pogo and Nuka! Nuka is the little black kit we picked up from you on Sat. He's so lovely and sweet! Still no nipping, and it's very refreshing not to have to teach a baby to eat raw meat, he went right over to my raw diet no problem! He's fitting in lovely although in a seperate cage until he can stand up to my big boys for now :) He's a real joy, he talks back to us constantly when we feed him and play with him, and he loves to play in his play tubes!
Thanks again for all you do!

I just wanted to give you an update on "William". After a bit of
training and patience, we absolutely love him! I is big and beautiful
(makes our other ferret look scrawny) and so playful. He is a bit of a
trouble maker but I love that about him. I have to say that your ferrets are
definitely more robust and have a more beautiful coat. I am sending a
pic we actually used for our christmas card. Thanks again for all your
help.
